| L. S. Co. BUFFALO. = Lackawanna Steel Company. Lackawanna, New York a suburb of Buffalo NY. L. Steel Co. was formed in Lackawanna in 1902 after the company moved from Pennsylvannia. In 1922 Lackawanna Steel was taken over by Bethlehem Steel. The mill no longer exists. Malhure Valley Railway built the first rail into Vale in 1907. This may not be original rail for this line. Still in use in the Vale Yard. |
