Compromise Joint Bars between 133 and 90 LBS Rails         
The Switch used to move rail cars from Oregon Eastern tracks of 75 lbs to E -P Plant uses 133 LBS rails so rail size has to transition from 75 LBS to 90 LBs to !33 LBS.
